Terms and Conditions of Booking

Linen

Bed linen is provided, all beds have pillows and duvets with cover.
Children: A cot and high chair are available upon request when booking. Cot linen is not provided. The accommodation may not be occupied by more than the maximum number stated, except for children in cots as agreed at the time of reservation. Care of Accommodation. The tenant agrees to leave the property and surroundings in a clean and tidy condition ready for next occupants with all refuse disposed of in the sacks and bins provided.

Pets

Pets are welcome but we make a small charge to account for additional cleaning

No Smoking

We do not allow smoking, please smoke outside any of the accommodations.Duration of Bookings. Holiday cottage rentals are per week from 4.00pm on the start date to 09.30am the last date of your booked period. Short breaks are available in Low Season at all cottages (Knockinaam & No.7 accept short breaks outwith Peak Season) Electricity, heating, Wifi and linen are included.

Breakages

Any breakages or damages to equipment or furnishings must be reported to the owners and will be charged for at replacement value.

Deposits

A deposit of £150 (£100 for No.7 & Beach Cottage) is required upon booking. The balance is due without further reminder at least 4 weeks before occupation. In the event of cancellation, deposit and balance are non-returnable. We strongly recommend that you effect cancellation insurance.

Guest information and emails shared during specific bookings or through our website

We collect personal information directly from our website and customers only.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The purposes for which personal information is processed may include any or all of the following:
Book your stay with us
Provide customer care
Respond to feedback
Notify clients of updates, such as planned maintenance

WHO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?
We will not share your personal information with any third party without your express permission.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR?
We will retain your personal information for at least ten years unless requested otherwise.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and we are legally obliged to provide this information.
We encourage you to make sure that the information we hold about you is correct and up to date.  You may request that we update or correct any personal data we hold about you that is deemed incorrect or inaccurate.

You have the right to request that we delete personal data held about you under the following circumstances:

You deem the information we held is no longer required for the purpose(s) it was obtained
You have a valid objection to us holding or using your personal information
Our use of your personal data contradicts law and/or our legal obligations
You have the right to ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Complaints
